Who we are
This site is run by Wattledesk (ABN 77 544 834 672). By using it, you agree to these terms.
What the site is for
It describes our services for allied health clinics. Nothing on it is an offer you can accept online: any work starts only with a written proposal that we both sign.
The demos are fictional
Every clinic, patient, number and message in the demos is made up, and any resemblance to a real person is a coincidence. Nothing you do in a demo is sent anywhere.
The free leak check
It runs in your browser on files you choose, and nothing is uploaded. Its results are estimates to help you decide what to look at. They are not financial, legal, NDIS or clinical advice, and not a statement that any claim is valid or payable. Check any result against the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Support Catalogue and your service agreements before you act on it. You're responsible for keeping your own files secure.
General information only
NDIS rules and prices change. We name our sources, but we can't promise everything is current on the day you read it.
The founding-clinic offer
Ticking the founding-clinic box is a non-binding expression of interest, for you and for us. The first 10 clinics to sign a proposal get 40% off our published set-up fee, and their monthly fee fixed for 12 months. The price applies only to work set out in a written proposal we both sign, and we'll tell you before you sign if the 10 places have been taken.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the site and the leak check are provided as they are, and we're not liable for loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
Fair use
Don't try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or submit anyone else's information.
Names and ownership
The site's content and code are ours unless stated otherwise. Cliniko, Nookal, Xero and NDIS are the names of their owners; we're not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them, or by the NDIA.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
