Privacy policy
What we collect, why, where it's kept, and how to see, fix or delete it.
Version 1.0, last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
This site is run by Wattledesk (ABN 77 544 834 672), based in Queensland, Australia. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, whether or not the law requires a business our size to.
Questions or requests: caleb@wattledesk.com.au.
What we collect
- From the “I want this for my clinic” form, and only when you press Send: your name, role and work email; your clinic's name, disciplines, size, practice software and rough share of NDIS work; the offers you're interested in, your timing, who approves spending, and anything else you write; whether you ticked the founding-clinic box; and, if you came from one of our emails, the short code in that email's link.
- From emails you send us: whatever you include.
- From public sources, for our emails to clinics: a clinic's name, and the business email address and contact name it publishes on its own website, with the page we found them on.
- Technical: our server sees your IP address when you send the form. We use it only to block spam and abuse, don't store it with your answers, and our server logs keep it for no more than 14 days.
We never ask for, and you should never send us, anything about your patients or clients.
What we don't collect
- No cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tags. We can't see who visits this site.
- The demos use a made-up clinic, inside your browser.
- The free leak check runs entirely in your browser: the files you choose are never uploaded, to us or anyone else, and we never see them.
Those files hold your patients' health and billing information. Please don't email them to us, attach them, or show them to us on a screen share. We never need patient information at this stage.
What your browser keeps on your own device is on the cookies and storage page.
Why we use it
- to reply to you;
- to write a proposal for your clinic, if you ask for one;
- to see which of our emails led to your message;
- to count interest in each offer, so we build the right things first.
We don't sell your information, we don't use it to train AI, and we won't add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Emails from us
We send a short series of at most three business emails to clinics whose address is published on their own website, about services that help run the clinic. Every email says who we are and how to stop them. Reply “stop” or email us and we stop straight away, and always within 5 working days. We keep your address on a do-not-contact list, only so we never email you again.
Where it's kept, and who handles it
- Form answers are stored on a server we rent from Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia. Only we have access to it.
- Our email is provided by a third-party email service, which may store or process messages outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't otherwise send your information overseas.
- We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Security
The form is sent over HTTPS. Answers are kept in a file only our service can read, on a server only we can log in to, and backups are encrypted and kept in Australia. If a breach were likely to cause you serious harm, we'd tell you, and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.
How long we keep it
If we're not working together within 12 months of your last contact, we delete your answers, backups included. The do-not-contact list is kept for as long as we send emails.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email us and we'll respond within 30 days, at no charge. We may ask you to confirm it's you first. caleb@wattledesk.com.au.
