Free NDIS Leak Check for Cliniko clinics

Pick your clinic's Cliniko CSV exports, or open the sample report for a made-up clinic, and the check lists NDIS sessions that were never invoiced, invoiced on the wrong line item, missing a detail a plan manager needs, or close to the claim time limit, with roughly what each is worth. The report prints to two A4 pages.

Why it's safe to run

It runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored, and there is no account. Close the tab and it's gone.

What it doesn't do

It doesn't claim, create or change anything. It's a list for your team to review; your staff decide what to claim and submit it themselves.

From 1 December 2026, NDIS supports must be claimed within 90 days, down from 2 years.
